The ŻiguŻajg 2022 call is open from:
Monday 3rd January 2022 till Monday 31st January 2022

We are calling all creatives out there to share with us any ideas for projects to be considered for either the ŻiguŻajg Festival or the ŻiguŻajg Season. We are looking for projects, in any creative discipline, that have a great potential to engage young audiences across different platforms including live performances as well as digital experiences. The chosen projects will be part of a curated programme for young audiences.

ŻiguŻajg Festival is organised every year in November, and since its inception in 2011, it has grown from strength-to-strength to become a cornerstone of the cultural calendar both in Malta and internationally. ŻiguŻajg Season is now in its third year and runs throughout the year at Spazju Kreattiv. More information on both the Festival and the Season can be found on our website or Facebook Page.

If you are interested, please send a proposal to clearly highlighting the following details: 

Decisions on the received proposals are at the sole discretion of the ŻiguŻajg Festival’s Festival Director,  Spazju Kreattiv’s Artistic Director for ŻiguŻajg Season, and the creative team. Decisions are made in consideration of a number of factors namely the yearly programme thematic/s, artistic quality, budget, technical requirements and other logistics. If the project proposed is considered of interest for inclusion in the ŻiguŻajg programme you will be duly informed by email.

– ŻiguŻajg Festival 2022: Friday 18th – Sunday 27th November 2022

– ŻiguŻajg Season 2022/23: December 2022 – August 2023
